There will be 3 ways to contact East Carson Commons. The options below are available to everyone, and even current tenants can visit the website to learn more about the features available to them, and other resources. I will go into details of all of the contact options, and you as the person contacting will hopefully benefit to any questions solved. The options are as below:
Email? is probably the most convenient option. You can write the manager at 2AM, and get replied to at 9AM when the reached through your email. This allows for the convenience of not being on hold, and being woken at 2AM because the caller wanted to make sure it was based off income for the potential rent For those that wish to communicate via email will write to 1100ecarson@fsp.homes.
Fax/Telephone
This is a fictional number, but the idea will be to get +1 4125551100 which the 4th-6th numbers changing to meet with the requisites of the realty company, and the need to purchase the appropriate number for the apartment. Both faxes, and voice calls will be using the same telephone number. When a fax comes in, it will be collected immediately, and converted to a .pdf before sending it to the respective 2 email addresses. This will be done by a small telephony server that would handle the incoming calls before ringing the phone.
While the announcement is being played, the IVR will offer to press 0 for the apartment management. This allows the manager, and tenant to have a shared incoming telephone line, however – all faxes will go to the office. If the caller is directed to a voicemail box, then the server will collect the voicemail, format to .mp3, and email it ti the appropriate party for them to listen. This is the only way they can have voicemail on this particular line.
Web
The website will be 1100ecarson.fsp.homes. This website will allow you to view all of the resources, and features with this site, and therefore within the building. You would get to learn more information include built year, and which rooms are available. If you need help in the rent, you would be able to apply for possible rental assistance from FSP Realty. Obviously, this will only apply to the realty’s SRO?s, and not other owners. By going to this website, you find the questions you need answering to.
